release of Precision Estimating, 1987

Planner, 1989
- Researching a national construction database to be linked online to
manufacturers of construction products, 1990
- Creating a
comprehensive assembly database for residential and commercial construction for
users of Timberline Estimating. The "Advanced Assembly
Database" was copyrighted in 2002.
These diverse experiences are now focused on Timberline
consulting, training and custom database development to meet the
estimating needs of construction firms.
